Chinese 5 spice seasoning is a popular traditional Chinese seasoning that has a warm, sweet, tangy flavor with a hint of licorice.  Commonly used as a meat rub and in stir fries.

Used in traditional Chinese Medicine to balance the body and yin and yang.  It was thought to address the five elements; fire, water, wood, earth and metal.

Certified organic ingredients: Anise seed powder, black pepper powder, fennel seed powder, cassia cinnamon powder, and clove powder.
